Drive Thru Romance scrapped, New album in the making and cleaning house.

'Drive Thru Romance' the long awaited follow up tp the 2006 LP "Small Town Burning..." will not see the light of day and has been scrapped. After rehearsing new, stronger material with the line-up featuring Kurt Mullins on guitar and newest member Bob Birch on Bass, the band has found it's stride and will soon begin work on a full length CD with the working title "Dirt Town City Limits" While some of the music intended for release on 'DTR' will be present on the new CD- all of the tracks from the ground up will be re-recorded and rearranged to reflect the band's evolving and grittier new Americana sound. It's more country, with punk, jazz and blues influences that we look forward to showcasing at the Chesterfield in Sioux City on October 25th. We've also updated the tracks in the music section. A few live tracks have been added (and removed!) largely in part and thanks to our new friend Lee who was kind enough to send us a bootleg recording of our August 1 performance at the 29th Annual Sioux River Folk Fest. We've also updated the links section of our website as well. Hope to see many of you at a live performance sometime soon!
